  • We get on Zoom and open your Klaviyo account (or other ESP)

  • Review your Klaviyo account setup & analytics (or use Zoom Remote Control so I can control it)

  • I analyze your opt-ins and list, flow system, segmentation, engagement, campaign practices, and potential live

  • I recommend an outline of a strategy (depending on the complexity of your situation, I might send it to you after)

Onboarding and service rollout follow this timeline:

  1. We sign the contracts and complete the first month's payment

  3. Week #2: Goals & Strategy Document for the first 90 Days, 30-day content calendar, first campaign templates approval

  5. Week #4: First flow is launched (whether it's new or recreated)

  6. Week #5 and forward: Campaigns being sent per schedule, flows being launched (1-2 per month depending on the complexity), monthly report for month #1 sent

What's The Price?

Our pricing ranges from $3,000/month to $6,000/month as a monthly retainer. We determine the price based on the complexity of the situation, and the number of deliverables required from our side.

Is There a Minimum Commitment Period?

There is no minimum commitment period, we sign a contract with a monthly retainer, and both parties can stop the service anytime they want with a 30-day notice. Our client retention rate is 96% and our average client has been with us for over 4 years.
